It is Halloween and the Power Rockers are ready for some trick-or-treating and LOTS OF CANDY!!! But Dolores cautions them with a story so they don't overdo it: "If you eat more than three pieces of candy, you could turn into ... A MONSTER!" The Power Rockers really believe the story, except for Wat, who eats three pieces of candy and turns into a monster! Monster Wat chases her friends all around the haunted mansion across the street. She doesn't mean to scare them; she just wants to join in! Why don't they recognize her?! Fuz, Carlos and Myo have to conquer their fears of the "monster" to discover that underneath, it's their beloved friend.
