In 1968, a down-on-his-luck talent scout discovers four young Aboriginal Australian women and helps transform their raw act into a soulful girl group called the Sapphires. They travel to Vietnam to perform for active-duty military members, but the stressful conditions of the active war zone threaten to tear the girls apart in this musical drama.
