A cop who was forced to retire for health reasons is lured by his brother into a race-horse scheme that promises big money, but gets both of them involved with dangerous underworld figures. Kiefer Sutherland plays the former Boston cop whose bad heart has left him jobless and depressed until his brother comes up with the perfect plan to make them rich – or get them killed.
