In this murder mystery revolving around a prison, a detective helps a female inmate obtain evidence on her crooked brother-in-law in order to put him behind bars. Her sister had recently been fired from her job due to her marriage to the crook, and she takes a job teaching at the reformatory. The two sisters join forces to gather enough evidence to put him, and the shady school superintendant, away for good.
